With our large family, we had a fantastic time exploring the medieval charm of Beaulieu-sur-Dordogne. The kids loved running around the cobblestoned streets and exploring the ancient buildings. We even stumbled upon a hidden garden that felt like something out of a fairytale. It was truly magical.

For dads, it would be great if there was a designated play area for children.

The staff were friendly and helpfull and spoke good english. We had breakfast and dinner and enjoyed both.

Our room was on the 3rd floor and there was no lift !! It was a very hot day and there was no A/C

We stayed at this hotel in the charming town of Beaulieu-sur-Dordogne for a few days, and it was a lovely experience. The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The modern and attractive shower room and comfortable bed were highlights. The location was perfect, right in the center of town with a square and bar/restaurants nearby. Free parking was also a bonus. a great value for money hotel.

We were really impressed with the value for money at the hotel. The room was not only comfortable and clean, but also beautifully decorated and furnished. The location couldn't be better, right in the center of town and close to the river. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs, such as letting us park our motorbikes in the owner's garage.

The breakfast menu could use some improvement.

The hotel had a very nice atmosphere.The staff were friendly and helpful, despite our appalling french. Really lovely food in the restaurant at a very reasonable price.

I had a very enjoyable stay at a lovely hotel in Beaulieu. The manager personally showed me to my room and even had some delicious charcuterie and nibbles plates prepared for me as a welcome gesture. The location was convenient, with beautiful river views, and the price was very reasonable, especially considering I got a room with a balcony. The staff throughout my stay were friendly and helpful.

There were a couple of minor inconveniences during my stay. there was no elevator, so I had to carry my heavy suitcase up three flights of stairs.

Fantastic stay in a beautiful area. Free parking and central location were great. Staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean with powerful showers. Enjoyed the African decor. Menu had a large range of local food and even offered special options for kids. Breakfast was fresh and generous.

Language barrier made communication difficult. Limited vegetarian options and picky eaters may struggle with the menu.

Mind-blowingly friendly and helpful staff, free garage parking, SUPER tasty breakfast, and spotlessly clean! Wi-Fi available.

The Comfortable and Charming Accommodation: The rooms at this hotel are like cozy little sanctuaries. I stayed in one decorated with a rustic theme, and it felt like stepping into a charming countryside cottage. The attention to detail was impeccable, making my stay feel like a fairytale escape.

Small Double Room: The only downside was that the double room I booked for myself was a bit on the smaller side. It would have been perfect for one person, but a tad snug for two.

Friendly staff, comfy room. Loved the hot and powerful shower! Don't miss the restaurant, unless you're vegetarian or picky like my daughter. Enjoy activities like fishing and canoeing.

Oh, and don't forget to bring cash, they don't accept Amex. Such a convenience for me!

Coffee/tea in a common area: I felt like I had my own personal café right in the hotel! It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a hot cup of coffee before starting my day of exploring.

Expensive stay for one night.

The value for money at this hotel was exceptional, and the room was comfortable and well-decorated. The location in the town center was convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us.

The breakfast experience could have been improved by having more fruit salad and meat available at one time, as we had to wait for them to replenish it after only a few people had served themselves.
